The executive general management program at WeSchool, is a unique opportunity for successful executives to accelerate their potential in preparing for new challenges by infusing advanced knowledge. We help develop core business skills and competencies that would equip participants to handle issues involving cross-functional areas. Our program is designed for working executives, developed and delivered by a faculty that allows participants to tailor their learning journey to suit their specific needs.
We have a 11- month program that comprises of 128 hours of classroom learning and 60 hours of test coupled with 80 hours assigned for project work, presentation, evaluation and viva voice. The program will also comprise of special workshops for Design Thinking and Career Transition.
We focus on providing a shared sense of purpose that inspires action across employees, as we believe that inspiration is what motivates the search for new ideas. Our program is structured to help participants emerge with new and innovative ideas to survive in the dynamic market. We offer a culture of curiosity that not only encourages exploration and learning but also helps participants understand the nuances of the Design Thinking process. Our Design Thinking program also focuses on providing adequate insights on the needs of customers in order to inform participants on potential product
On the second day of our Design Thinking program, we focus on activating the potential in each employee by enabling them to work creatively and collaboratively with optimal resources. We foster collaboration that empowers individuals to create change by executing ideas as tangible innovations.
After prototyping of the product, the participants are encouraged to present the same, followed by debate and discussion to help improve the quality of the design and leveraging the strategy at the project level for optimal performance.
